NEBIS

Neural Edge Base Intelligence System is a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization (ODASD(ER&O)), Operational Energy project. NEBIS takes unmanned systems to the next level. By incorporating novel energy conservation methods, the NEBIS platform operates efficiently both as a standalone system and within dynamic meshes of multi-domain, heterogeneous networks. It serves as the compute backbone for fusing raw data at the edge into unified, actionable intelligence - advancing ISR to the next level. The NEBIS Edge Energy Watchdog (NEEW) and Dynamic Power Modulation (DPM) continuously monitors and manages energy usage to maximize on-station time and mission endurance.

The Modular, Flexible, Adaptive, Lightweight Container for Operational Testing of Next-Generation Payloads provides a standardized testbench for SOCOM modular payloads. The ruggedized enclosure supports up to eighteen (18) 1U SOCOM payloads operating simultaneously, enabling true apples-to-apples hardware evaluation. Standard power provisioning delivers 12V at up to 30A from a 110V input. Integrated networking includes an internal switch with DHCP, while external interfaces support Ethernet and sensor connections. The system is also provisioned for Starlink connectivity.

Was an ONR Code 31 Science and Technology project with stakeholders from both Naval Special Warfare and the Marine Corps intent on facilitating Manned/Unmanned Teaming of Surface and Arial Systems (USV/UAV) with Naval Expeditionary Forces. The Siren’s Song team consists of a composite group of companies who provide unmanned platforms, SIGINT, IMINT, and COMMS payloads (conforming to SOCOM Mod Payload standards), for situational awareness/mission management in a neuro-symbolic, AI mesh, partnered with PMA 263’s Payload IPT. The operational focus is to conduct autonomous at-the-edge fusion of available ISR-T information, minimizing the cognitive load on operators, and decreasing the fog of war supporting ISR-T mission sets.
